Highland Terrace
Condominiums is located in North Seattle on Lake City Way NE.The scope of work for this project included
the removal of all exterior siding, windows, and deck railings and then the
installation of new siding, windows, deck coatings, exterior stair coatings,
and deck railings.During the course of
removal, extensive rot was found and repaired on the existing framing.
This project was phased in
two segments (Building A and B) to minimize the effects of construction to the
condominium owners.

Cameray Condominiums. McLeod Construction completed the repair and resurfacing
88 decks, installing new masonry caps and flashing details to 250 columns,
exterior painting of all 16 buildings, renovation of the clubhouse bathrooms,
including rebuilding both shower areas.
Interior repairs involved disassembling staircases to
install proper fire barriers between garages and living areas, and the repair
of staircases and installation of new carpet and new paint to unit interiors.
Coordination with the homeowners' association,
construction management company, and property management company created a team
atmosphere where the project was completed on time and on budget.
