McLeod Construction offers full service 24
hour a day emergency services. An
IICRC-trained technician will contact homeowners immediately upon receiving the
call to assist them with urgent questions that may help mitigate some of the damages.
WATER DAMAGE- our vans are loaded to handle multiple types of water
damage. We have IIRC certified water
restoration technicians as well as supervisors that are additionally certified
in applied structural drying. We typically can be on site in one hour or less
as we have technicians in geographical locations to serve those areas.
DOCUMENTATION – McLeod provides detailed documentation showing
moisture mapping during dry out.
Additionally, the client receives a brief summary of the cause and location
of the water damage and how it was remediated.
For an additional cost, a thorough written report can be generated
detailing such items as before/after moisture levels, photos of damage, and
recommendations for larger repair if necessary.
FIRE DAMAGE- McLeod provides board ups and clean ups in the wake of
a fire including working with insurance adjusters to expedite repairs to individual
homes, multifamily buildings and commercial properties.
OTHER EMERGENCY SERVICES- after a break-in, McLeod secures properties
by boarding up broken windows and doors, and replacing locksets until more
permanent repairs can be made. When tree strikes and car strikes occur, McLeod provides
temporary structural support for building damage and has an arborist available
24/7.
