Cherry Street Apartments
This is a 4 unit historical walk up building from the 1930’s. McLeod Construction was tasked with bringing in new modern kitchens, electrical upgrades, and updating bathrooms as well. The common area received new storage units for the tenants. The exterior received thorough attention to make needed repairs on its classic architecture -- including a new paint job on the exterior , a new retaining wall, and an attractive new fence to replace an old dilapidated one that rounds out the work on this project.
