EPIC Condominiums

Project Description: Exterior rehabilitation project of a 72 unit condominium complex. The project included updating all deck flashing systems as well as applying new traffic coatings to the solid surface balconies. New James Hardie fibercement panel siding and James Hardie fibercement trim was installed at existing deck column stacks. The building received new standing seam pre-finished coping metal at roof perimeter as well as new clear cedar trellises at top floor decks. Lastly, the building received new exterior paint, updating the overall aesthetic of the building. Completion date November 2013.
