Project Details: Building Envelope Remediation involving single building condominium complex. Complete reclad (siding replacement) involving installation of new windows, sliding glass doors, siding replacement and installation of new fascia mounted glass panel railings. Since the existing stucco cladding had reached the end of its useful life, the client elected to replace the envelope with new James Hardie fibercement lap and panel siding installed on a new rain screen system. Deck repairs included sloping improvements and installation of new urethane traffic coatings.
