Meydenbauer Residence Interior

Interior remodel project of roughly 2,000 square foot waterfront condo unit. The scope of work included removal of several partition walls, full remodel of two bathrooms, and installation of new wood floating floor system through the living areas. The floating floor system, which included improved underlayment, allowed the unit owners to achieve noise transmission levels required by the homeowners association. Owners selected new granite stone finishes for both bathrooms, as well as new tub and shower surrounds.
