
Burst Pipe Multi-Floor Damage
Burst pipes caused significant water damage to 10 units across multiple floors of this skyline view condo building in Seattle's First Hill neighborhood. McLeod assessed the extent of the damage, removed compromised building materials and flooring, and dried out the remaining material to normal dry standards.
- Located the source and extent of water intrusion.
- Set up drying equipment.
- Partitioned off all unaffected rooms with plastic drape.
