This unit underwent significant water damage mitigation, where most of the flooring and all lower wall sections had to be removed up to two feet high. We then repaired the walls, installed new flooring, and replaced cabinetry, appliances and fixtures.

- McLeod's Emergency Services department also performed the mitigation prior to our insurance repair.
