McLeod conducted a complete demolition and roof replacement on this Capitol Hill condominium building. The new rooftop deck is complete just in time for residents to enjoy community barbecues during the warm summer nights, with a gorgeous Seattle skyline view!
- Demolished old roof and disposed of old materials.
- Installed a new roof with all ventilation systems and electrical conduits, including plumbing vent stacks, mechanical exhaust fans, and hood vents.
- Repaired parapet wall and elevator shaft housing.
- Built new enclosures for rooftop access entry and exit stairwells.
- Built a new deck with seating for residents to enjoy!
- Built railed walkways and gates for access to roof maintenance.
